Bootstrap 4.1.0 (Shell v.0.25)

A new bootstrap version is now included in Shell code, but it is not activated by default since the integration is experimental and I haven't checked needed for additional css and changed html everywhere (like on feedback page fex, I know I need to switch panels to cards there).
Define BOOTSTRAP_VERSION and set it to 4.1.0 to try out new bootstrap with your shell code! There is a commented line in sample-custom_content/globals.php ;
define('BOOTSTRAP_VERSION', "4.1.0");

News post links are now working. It made no sense to have that receiving part in custom content.
Custom content will have to include links to post page and/or calls to news feeds. It is therefore possible not to have site news at all.

It is now possible to view all active users. The list includes links to users profiles.
To edit your profile, log in and click on your name on the top right. Then select "profile".
